Using real ivory from a 400 lb cache of sperm whale teeth which I acquired
in a trade for rum in 1972, I carve my own original designs, such as the
'crescent moon' and 'merteddy', into pendants - as seen in the top section
of this page. I also do larger commission works, such as the eagle head
whole tooth sculpture, the peace pipe and the humpback whale disk, all
of which you can see at the bottom of this page. These works are a selection
from many successful commissions completed during the past 30 years.
